Fun fact, those are only the tweeters. The screen itself is actually used as the main speaker. They excite the screen and that’s why they’re able to get such loud sound. So I wouldn’t worry about the tweeters too much, they only add a slight crispness that will be comparable.

I'm waiting impatiently for the new Mini, as it's the form factor that suits me. Yes, I'll probably be paying more than I should, but anything bigger would probably spend most of its life in a drawer. l've also just upgraded from the XS to a mint condition iPhone 13 Mini (with the same footprint as my iPhone 7). The two devices definitely complement each other. Thanks for the content.

ok as an aussie, using the student pricings, the ipad mini 256gb storage (64gb aint nuff), is a smidge MORE than buying a brand new m2 ipad air, idk what to do, spend another $100 ish bucks on a worse ipad (mini) or save $100 ish and have a bigger (not allways better) better ipad air m2

as a kiwi, I get you. iPad Pro m2 256gb is $200 ish bucks more expensive compared to the iPad Air m2 256gb. Its really frustrating since the m2 pro is around 2 years old now.

I had the last gen iapd mini...laminated screen. Then I got the ipad 9...no laminated screen. Not once have I noticed it ....what does bug me is that the ipad 9 has speakers only on one side, which too me is a little annoying. I definitely notice the lack of sound from once side.
