I got the iPhone 12 Mini (white/256GB) and I just love it! The size is so comfortable and it’s absolutely power packed! Even gives me iPhone 5 days vibes with the flat edge design, which I absolutely prefer over the rounded edges 🙂 The battery lasts me a full day easily. Glad Apple did this. 👍🏼

Personally coming from a 6s, with a THICC 5000mAh battery case, I think the battery life is great. I dont play games, but I heavily watch youtube and use communication focused apps as needed. I get through a whole day just fine on a full charge. The few occasions I do run low, the fast charging gets me back online really quickly. Couldnt be happier

Great video my friend. I don’t play games, watch videos, nor do I do any social media stuff so the battery is fine as well as the screen size. I think most people have tablets, as I do, so any video watching I do on my iPad. Feels super comfortable in hand and to carry in my pockets. No more uncomfortable bulge in my jeans pocket or jacket pocket. Feels great to use my phone one handed again while still maintaining premium specs.

If you use shortcut to automate low power mode, you should be able to get a decent battery with general use. Enjoy the mini!

All battery tests are like the law. Unprecise and subject to interpretation. What exactly is "a day" in terms of battery life. Technically a day is 24 hours. Or maybe it is a "work day" which is 8-10 hours. Or just the time from sunrise to sunset which depends on the season. On my current iPhone 6 from 2014 I don't play games or maybe play for 15 min max. I use my phone for calls and messages, checking facebook and email with push notifications set to 15 min, and using camera now and then. Maybe youtube for 10 min max. If I unplug it from the charger at 9:00 AM I still have 10 - 20% battery by midnight. And this 12 mini has much larger battery so I assume it will last longer than 6. The difference between 12 mini and the 12 pro max is big on paper, but in real life even the max couldn't last for two days straight.... So what the fuss is all about? The major breakthrough in battery technology would be like 7 days of heavy usage but unfortunately we are not there yet.

Good video! iPhone 12 mini is perfect if don’t live on your phone. I listen to about 2 hours of music a day 15 e-mail text about 40 time a day watch about 2 hours of KZbin surf the website. When I go bed at night I’m around 45-51 percent left on the battery 👍

I agree with your point of view about the battery. I was getting the same feedback about the battery when I was buying the SE 2020. My phone is charged to 95% at 9 AM in the morning and is down to 40% at around 7 PM in the evening. Which is really great but this is because I am using a lot of social media applications throughout the day. If I was to compare to this time at work in the office I think I would probably be left with more than 50% by 9 PM. By the way, what is your day cycle like? When do you charge it to how much? And by what time in the day does it go down to that percentage?

@@Datnigganeo dude I took my 12 mini off charger at 8am it is now 832pm I am at 49 % with 4hr 55 mins screen time. It’s pretty good bro. If you play games and always take photos and watch a ton of videos I’m sure it’ll die quick. If it’s on standby it doesn’t really drop in percentage.

He talked about how the battery life isn't bad and that you can easily get through the day with some modifications, but then at 5:44, he says that he's only been using it for "a day." How can you possibly know how the battery life is if you've only been using the phone for a day? Also, I had the mini for a couple weeks and returned it solely due to the battery life. I wouldn't make it through the day. Loved the phone, but couldn't do it with the poor battery life. Otherwise, good video - nice quality! Hopefully you'll get more subscribers!

Comes as a surprise to me that under optimal conditions, the 12 mini’s camera is as good as the 12 pro max camera!!.. and that’s in spite of the 47% bigger sensors!!.. does lidar make a difference?.
