After 5 years of a waker, wherl chair sone. I have had 2 days of being in love with life again feeling like my younger than 7i years on this planet & experiencing in person all the old time country music greats on bord benches open air, grassy fields. Churches and the like. What amazing blessings were bestowed upon me from my early childhood at my grandparents farm (built before the Civil War,). They nevef hot real heat in 11 of the 13 rooms. My two boys and I saw him live in Washington State. What a show, he was better live than on a record if you can imagine! My older late brother turned me on to his music! Played his music on long trips with my family as they fell asleep! Yeah, love his music one of a kind! RIP

Sorry fingers that played so many musical instruments and through lots of years of hard work...no longer listen to me. They have a mind of their own. 😂 Anyway, my family gathered there for my grandparents lifetimes.. Famiy came from far & wide from the mountains around to spend werkends. TWintef wss awesome. The common denominator was love, and that meant mudic from our love of country and all the early records that my blind grandmother born in Baltimore loved so much. We all laughed, loved and bought & embraced those old 78's, 45s. & 33-1/ 3s. My grandmaw had a wind up victrola first and somewhere in 50"s got a new post-WWII humdinger that stacked the records❣️ We were all in heaven❣️ Non-stop country music for hours of lovin' life, plsyin' cards. ,singing along. We all found places to sleep in those 13 rooms with only 6 beds and the parlor with a horsehair sofa, no heat except the kitchen wood stove and parlor oil burner. Only water was cold from the red pump at the kitchen sink. It was a very far piece to the two seater outhouse. But it was alwsys kept shoveled narrow in the worst of the deep, deep winter snows in the voldest temperstures. Thanks for keeping my memories alive dear channel. Two albums of your gift of memories have been kept alive in me today at a park by the water with a cool breeze blowing softly. God Bless you for your gift of Don Williams to sooth my soul.🙏
