INGREDIENTS:
40g bay leaf
300g sweet paprika
35g of oregano
20g of dried parsley
30g of chimichurri
30g chili pepper
21g powdered bay leaf
50g coriander powder
20g of rosemary
20g of thyme
1.5 kg of crushed garlic
1 liter of oil
8 to 9 kilos of salt
OBS: If you want to put other seasoning options feel free!
PREPARATION MODE:
Blend all seasonings in a blender and set aside in a bowl. Divide the garlic and grind it into two parts, add the oil to help it grind. It takes an average of 500 ml of oil to crush 1.5 kg of garlic. After crushing, put everything in the bowl along with the seasonings, add 3 kilos of salt and the rest of the oil that is left, stir well until the whole mixture comes together, add the rest of the salt until you feel the seasoning in a firm consistency.
