It's all just to do with him cutting less. He can add muscle on now while before he'd have to stay skinny because cutting large amounts of muscle in a quick space of time can ruin you physically, Tim Kennedy talked about it after his last fight and Roy Jones Jr cut from 200 lbs of muscle to 175 lbs and he went from being the greatest boxer of the day to a complete bum.
