A very nice discussion. Bosskey's q at the end is something for which we have an answer but which we dont state out because of political correctness. If opportunities are given on merit and not on reservation and other factors, the cream of the society will not go to another country. What is the point in boasting abt Sundar Pichai, Sri Srinivasan and Venky R now as namma aalu when you dont recognize them properly in the first place when they were in India. Second thing what Trump states is true to some extent. Primarily he is against Illegal Immigration. Now look at the state of IT sector. There are lot of Consulting companies in US as placement/recruiting agencies. These Indian placement agencies have no ethics. They are only interested in money. They get experienced professionals resume, copy their experience, fake that in some body else's resume and send them for interview. Even if 1 person gets hired with this it is a shame on the system and a deserving native loses a chance. This is on the first level. Once they get into the system, then these people form a sort of cartel. They play politics in office, try to ride on other's work and survive with the help of their seniors who came up the same way in office, The Indian IT firms do abuse the visa systems and whomever caught and fined are only tip of the iceberg. The offshore people who come outnumber the locals and these ppl do cause the locals lose job by playing politics. I have seen these behavior in a major financial firm. In some departments it will be all ppl from a neigboring state and they wont let any other ppl outside their group to get hired. If hired they will play all tricks to have them shown bad in work and fired. They even conduct all team meetings in Telugu and tease others to learn it or leave the group. Trump neednot send all Indians back but he can weed out these ppl. In NJ, places like Edison, Jersey City etc the behavior of Indians is awful. They just park their cars in others places and pick a fight when cornered. Cops have to be careful else racial bias accusations will be raised and made. In trains and public transportation it is these ppl who make noises when others are making a quiet ride. Instead of blaming Trump it is better to correct the unethical behaviors which I doubt will never happen.

Watching this in 2024 after Trump won the elections. The idea that we had about Trump in 2016 is totally wrong. He is not against immigration. He is against only illegal immigration. Prasad predicted that he will bring down the economy & dollar would go down. But, reverse happened. Neelu said Trump will be a authoritarian. He was not like that. Neelu also said Trump will be bad for Indians. But he was a good friend of India. I wish Neelu & Prasad would have been alive today. We could have seen their views.

Prasad is repulsive, he is not a born comedian, so he should stop trying hard to be funny or different. You cant try too much to make every sentence or word sound funny. I think it would help if he can make some use ful point and reduce his joke making effort by 90 - 95%. Else it is very painful, plz do not interrupt if u cant enhance, at times am with Neelu even when bosskey interrupts for sake of interupting
