...his problem is that he wanted a share of loot he had no hands in planning for and heisting (ADANI, SHIF , 844 replacement) etc and confusing Ruto's generosity when assigning government appointments to murima (that they lost after the gen z demands) to mean he was the murima kingpin and should be treated as equal to Ruto. The courts have the mandate of settling dispute at whatever time and stage of the dispute. The moment you successfully demonstrate to the court that the process of impeachment was breached at whatever stage, the court has the discretion to stop the process. Fundamental rights of people cannot be suspended merely because the process is ongoing

Why Gachagua fell out of favour: - 1) His politics... Tribalism at President or Deputy President level is not the same as tribalism spoken by a common mwananchi... 2) Succession Politics... Think Tanks from Central Province influenced Central Province politicians to give Gachagua the 'Judas Kiss'... because Gachagua is not marketable outside 'Murima' incase Central Province goes it alone come 2027 (which they intend to)... 3) Adani Dealings... Gachagua is an outsider and spoiler...
