God, this is such a spite move from Donella! All that time manipulating Hugo with the fear of this exact moment, and she just pulls the trigger herself to punish his lapse in loyalty. Such a great villain moment, and such a great song for it.

This is so incredibly fantastic, dear goodness… I love this beyond words- I can’t explain why but something about the scale rhythms before “You welcomed the boy” make me imagine a version of this where (with headphones) it sounds like the music is moving around you in a circle, it creates the feel of the villain just slowly/ominously circling you

Omg crazy thought but since you did donella's songs you should do one where hugo tries to tell varian everything after words but varian isn't having it and so he lists all of the parts that hugo did to hurt varian and what hugo has done and have it where it gets sadder as its about to end and after words having varian sing and here I truly like you after. Idk thought it would be something cool to do to get varians side on how he feels about all of it.
