"Pajama Party" was released in 2008 and it's a Super Junior- H song. The H stands for Happy So this sub-unit is all about being upbeat and happy. There are 6 members in Super Junior-H -- Leeteuk, Yesung, KangIn, Sungmin, Shindong and Eunhyuk. The guy you thought was Ryeowook was actually Sungmin. And the guy you thought was Kyuhyun was KangIn. Ryeowook and Kyuhyun are not in Super Junior-H. Sungmin is considered a lead vocalist, but he could be a main vocalist and he often has some of the standout vocal parts in SuJu's songs.

Tip for when you react to older songs: SM started filming in HD (mostly the old version, 720p) in 2009. When you see an MV that is only 480p it means its a pre-2009 video that was uploaded later. I think most of the old videos were re-uploaded in 2011 when SM started their new SMTOWN channel on youtube.

The T in Super Junior-T sands for Trot, so what you just saw and heard is Super Junior-T's take on a Trot-style song. Trot music is like a cross between the equivalent of western old-style country music and cabaret music. Trot is traditionally older-style Korean pop music, but Super Junior puts their own spin on it and they make it all about being kind of cheesy, fun and over the top combined with the traditional Trot sound and style. "Rokkugo" or "Rukako" is actually the Korean characters that make up the word gokkuro spelled backwards. Gokkuro literally means backwards or opposite. So "Rokkugo" plays with the fact that everything is unlike what you would expect -- they literally spell the word "backward" backward. The whole style and sound of this song and MV is supposed to remind you of traditional older style Korean pop music with Super Junior's twist adding a more modern Kpop feel with a rap section and crazy, fun lyrics and catchy rhythms. Trot usually appeals to more of the older Korean generations because it's the style of music they grew up on, but with Super Junior-T the group was able to bring the genera to the younger audiences and reach all generations of listeners. "Rokuko" came out in 2007 and it smashed records in the industry at that time -- especially because it was such a non-traditional Kpop style and concept. Kpop is geared toward younger generations and yet Super Junior was taking the style and sound of music loved by their grandparents and making it accessible to all generations. "Rokuko" is the No.1 top-selling single for 2007 in Korea. Fun fact: They also released a Japanese version of this song called "Rock & Go" (or also known as "65" by Japanese fans because 6 in Japanese is ruko and 5 is go.) If you look up the English translation for "Rokuko" you will see the song doesn't make sense in English, but if you are Korean you will understand the funny jokes and play on words they use which plays with the backwards and forwards concept of the song. The way they are dressed -- with their funny hairstyles, shiny sequin jackets and bow ties, etc. -- is how male trot singers traditionally dress. There are only 6 members that make up this sub-unit -- Leeteuk (Red Jacket), Heechul (pink jacket), KangIn (white/light silver jacket), Shindong (yellow jacket), Sungmin (grey jacket), and Eunhyuk (green jacket). These members personalities and vocal styles are perfect for the trot style of music. (Your "babies" Yesung, Ryeowook and Donghae are not part of this sub-unit.)

Myulchi means anchovy in Korean and that is what Eunhyuk's nickname is. Eunhyuk is known as SuJu's anchovy because he is skinny and the members call him the ugly one of the group. The other members say he is small and ugly like the tiny anchovy fish, so his nickname is myulchi. It's all just a joke. And oppa is what a girl would call a guy that is older than her. It is often what a girl calls her boyfriend or her older brother so the song is literally about how they are saying we should consider them everyone's boyfriend, because everyone is in love with them, etc. "Oppa Oppa" is just one of their tounge and cheek funny songs. "Oppa Oppa" is a Super Junior-D&E sub-unit song, but in this SuJu concert all the members got involved in the song.

D&E used to do performances together on the Super Show Concerts so then they were told to try and create the D&E subunit. They don't usually have all the members on stage this was a one time only. Their MV was directed by Shindong, and their suits are worse than these XD hahaha they are basically Ketchup and Mustard. XD Super Junior T consists of 6 members (by sparkly blazer) : Leeteuk(Red), Heechul(pink), Kangin(white), Sungmin(gray), Shindong(yellow), and Hyukjae(green). And in the last video "Pijama Party" it is Super Junior H (Happy) Leeteuk, Yesung, Kangin(the one you though was Kyuhyun), Sungmin (the one you though was ryeowook), Shindong, Hyukjae. The difference between T and H is basically Heechul And Yesung. If Heechul is there it's Super Junior T, if Yesung is there then it's Super Junior H. 🤣 Back then Kyuhyun was very skinny 🤣. To recognize everyone in older videos I learned to recognize them by their voices 🤣. I can tell you the sub units they were in. Leeteuk: T, H Heechul: T Yesung: KRY, H Kangin: T,H (ex member you will see in all older videos before 2016) Sungmin: T, H, M (inactive member after 2016) Shindong: T, H Siwon: M Eunhyuk: D&E, T, H, M Donghae: D&E, M Ryeowook: KRY, M Kyuhyun: KRY, M Zhoumi and Henry exclusivity Super Junior M members.

Again not all members are present. However the unit consist of all the members from Super Junior-T with the exception of Heechul. Yesung was the 6th member instead.

You reacted to only subgroups in this one, without knowing, it seems XD T and H are not active subgroups anymore, but their songs get played a lot in concerts and the whole group does them, which is fun. D&E are still active and working right now on their comeback, so you should check out more stuff from them (as well as from KRY, who will have a concert the day before Yesung's birthday in august!) I think you need to react to more stuff with Kangin and Sungmin in it so you'll recognize them more easily, they are important Suju members and deserve all the love! I can't think of anything specific to rec, so I'll insist with the mix of Shirt/Rockstar/Let's Dance from SS6. But the video is the most well made suju guide imo. It's ok if u don't want to react to it, just watch it on your own also fine, it'll help a lot in knowing the members. Also it's ok if u don't recognize the members when u watch the older videos. I'm sure elf will understand your struggles lol. Don't be too hard on yourself.
