I learned about Secola’s music way back in my ethnic music class in college. While not Anishinaabe or even indigenous myself, his music has actually taught me a lot of stories that are not present in textbooks (Crimson Parson comes to mind). Secola and I share a homestate and a love of music. He is truly a national treasure.

I saw him and "a wild bunch of Indians" a Roskilde Festival, Denmark, Europe (1992). So good to see that he is able to forward his "knowledge". Stay within the lines of this great nation. I unfortunately only am a north German with a Danish father who was a drinker - and one of the most humoristic fathers a child could wish. I always felt a lot when I was in contact with your nations topics. Sorry have to cry a little bit now. What a mess. I remember some of the names because I have t-shirt of the sunday afternoon when Juice (worker, roadie, fun lover, beer drinker) again was off duty ;-) when I sat at the left side of Tom Bullhead, when I got a sign by Mary Redhouse, bass, Rob Bee, Cree nation, many more - can't remember them right now. But they are on this shirt. God bless this afternoon. It changed my life - simply. Please, Erias, stay within the ... (I have to mention, this an alias name I use here and there on the dark of internet like google, facebook, and so on) "I am many" and we a stand at your side when it comes to it. Ok. I have spoken ;-)
