Maybe as a troll idea, hide in one of your friends' houses, and one by one, just add a random item to a chest or furnace, a useless item with no purpose, then take one item that is really important in exchange for giving them useless items. Like taking their emeralds, diamonds, and netherite stuff from chests, and for each item or stack, you replace it with the same amount of items, but useless or weak ones. Like replacing netherite armor on their stands with black dyed leather, emeralds with a stone button, diamonds with a wood button, netherite with a mud block, iron with andesite or diorite, and all the different kinds of wood they have in chests... With birch wood.
