What Makes Stray Kids So Good In Their Dance | Stray Kids - Domino Reaction + Dance Review

You have a LOT of catching up to do Don!!!! The thing about Stray Kids is that they have theatricality down. Theatrically they have it over all the other groups. There is nothing 'formula' about what they do, whether choreographically, musically or lyrically (even engaging in human puppetry). Main songwriters go under the unit name of 3Racha consists of leader Christopher Bang Chan = Aussie import from Sydney (in the shorts), Changbin (he's in that showstopper moment you like, in all black, he has white stripes on his long black sleeves) and Jisung (also in the showstopper moment in front of Changbin, wearing all white), DanceRacha are the dance unit led by Lee Know (used to be a backing dancer for BTS), he is wearing black but his track pants have a white stripe, Hyunjin (wearing white shirt and black bucket hat), and Felix (also an Aussie import from Sydney) - Felix has the very deep voice, and is wearing black pants and white shirt. Then there is VocalRacha consisting of Seungmin (in the white baggy top) and I.N.(maknae) in white pants.(There used to be another member called Woojin who hasn't been with them for quite some time who used to also be part of VocalRacha).They're different because they're 'invested' in their own work. You need to check out their performances on Kingdom: Legendary War - where they competed against iKON, B2B, Ateez, SF9 and TBZ and won, their staging ideas for performances alone are incredible. These guys are storytellers. Incidentally, they're with JYP. Can I also recommend you go back in time and have a look at the choreographies for "Side Effects" and "Double Knot" of which they have done many versions. Large international fan base.

Yep, you found Hyunjin! He's got a new dance solo out for Studio Choom's Artist of the Month - definitely worth checking out! Here's some help with all the names: Bang Chan (group leader) - all black, shorts Lee Know (dance leader) - all black, black beanie Changbin - all black, black baseball cap Hyunjin - bucket hat Han - all white, white baseball cap Felix - white shirt, black pants, black beanie Seungmin - grey hoodie I.N - black shirt, white pants, black headband Some of them use headset mics so they wouldn't need to practice the choreo holding a hand mic. There are a couple more who use hand mics who didn't have them here, but maybe there just weren't enough for all of them at the time or they were comfortable enough already.

u're right about their branding. as they're created by chan (leader) choosing his own members to debut with,, their concept was as a person who makes music,, they wanted to find themselves throughout the journey, finding themselves in how they sounds, what sounds they produced. their mixtape and i am not album is most likely to have that angsty vibe as they tried to break from their old selves and try to find their sounds. stray kids has always been experimenting with their sounds alot by looking back at their previous albums and them finally finding themselves with god's menu. thank you for your reactions. been enjoying it so much 👍🏻♥️

Omgg you're back!!! So glad to see you again. Hope you're doing great. I wasn't expecting Domino at all but I'm so happy you did it 😁😁😁 Have you ever seen an automatic domino table before??? They recreate it at the beginning of the choreo. It's so good, and they did different domino effects too. The two guys doing that separate part are the same two guys doing it on Thunderous. And yes you recognize Hyunjin, the tallest one hahahaha. Talking about Hyunjin, he just did Studio's Choom Artist Of The Month. If you want to check out his piece (it's so goooooood). He did a cover of Post Malone's Motley Crew. And yeah I agree with you, Stray Kids are different, you can tell they enjoy to perform and they have that swag that's so addictive. Honeslty every song you choose next will be fantastic. But definitely God's Menu, Back Door, Easy and TA.

i recommend reacting to their "easy" dance practice! i know majority of the fandom will agree that it's one of their best choreographies, though many have switched up their favorite to domino's when this was released lol. but really, easy is a must-watch when it comes to stray kids' dance practice videos! thank you for this reaction, i enjoyed watching it!

Agreed. And as someone knowledgeable about dance, if you watch Easy, you're likely going to recognize that it's directly related to Domino (in terms of dance). A lot of the Domino choreo is either lifted or evolved from the Easy choreo, and it's really cool to see the connections.

only bang chan and seungmin have microphones because they use the hand mic and the others use the headset (only for this performance) and at 8:00 in thunderous it's han that makes the movement you said and here in domino it's also him, which makes it even cooler.

BRO lovin your dance reactions to skz dance practices. Laughed out loud at kzbin.info/www/bejne/eaO1np-rirp7j7c, the part you mentioned from Thunderous where the guy does the chopping motion and the part in Domino where the music stops and the guy separates off to the side is performed by the same guy: Han (white clothes, white cap). You'll basically never go wrong with _any_ SKZ dance, and I recommend them all. But if you appreciated the quirky/personalized bits in this, you might specifically like the choreo for "Get Cool" and maybe "Awkward Silence" and "My Pace."
