Donkey Bath

My donkey hates/is scared of the hose. Is it best to just spray him until he accepts it? I was thinking it would be better to introduce him to it slowly and gently so he doesn't get worked up.

That’s always a good plan. Go slow. Donkeys never seems to really enjoy getting a bath. But, you can gradually get them used to the hose.

I have a gelding (who is from a feral herd here in Hawaii) and he, for some reason, just LOVES getting baths. It cracks me up. Glad you got this donk cleaned up.
