What I like especially about this game is that when fighting a boss that keeps beating you, when you finally beat the boss you get to mash the X and Y buttons to satisfyingly watch DK punch the fcuk out of the boss and send it flying who knows where. I love this game BTW. Great video of course.😎

I really got into donkey kong because of donkey kong returns that was my favourite childhood game, its what got me really good into Nintendo games as super mario bros wii was mainly completed by my friend. He finished it for me, but donkey kong returns was done myself cuz my best friend left my primary school. One thing I must say is that there are not very many hard levels in this game compared to DKCR. However, the final boss is SO FRIKIN' HARD! If you are having trouble like I did (and I mean serious trouble), I highly suggest going to Funky's fly 'n' buy and getting the extra heart upgrade. It helped so much!

I use Dixie most but each character has their own levels in my opinion.Dixie I use for the 2nd,3rd,4th and 5th bosses But I do better with diddy in the first and last ones.Also certain levels I need to use diddy and in some levels,cranky makes it SO much easier

the Snowmads are actually more evil than the Tikis and the Kremling They didn't just invade DK Island and take it over with its golden bananas but they've actually frozen it, ruining the island extremely. The Kremlings only stole DK's banana hoard in the first game. Polution in a small portion is way less cruel than freezing the entire island.

PlasmaDoge Tropical freeze arguably has the best soundtrack in the country series. Your ears must be defective. The game is a lot more challenging on hard mode. And the levels are bad? lol if tropical freezes levels are bad then the original SNES games levels must be garbage by your extremely high standards. Every level in tropical freeze is filled to the brim with imagination and creativity. Bosses have more attack patterns that are satisfying to overcome. I would like to know why you dislike practically everything about this game though.
