Donlim Pressurized Porta or Naked Porta?

Yes po pwede po. Sa grind size ka magbabago dyan depende sa porta na gamit. At sa size ng porta. Hindi lahat ng same size porta na machine eh fit na din sa ibang same size na porta ng machine.

Bumili po ako ng coffee beans, first try madaming crema sa pressurised portafilter but the next day, Di na nag ka crema. Di ko po alam saan ako nagka mali.

Nice vid very informative. Sana ganyan din ung akin hahaha. Bakit yung akin kasi kahit inistop ko na marami pa rin nalabas na espresso? Saka nagtry ako ng fine grind wala naman lumabas. Using the stock portafilter lang.

pag mag calibrate po kayo, always check po yung tamp, grind at dose. dyan po madalas maglalaro yung adjustments nyo depende sa kalalabasan ng espresso. pag inistop nyo po pwede nyo po tanggalin agad yung baso then towel na lng ipalit kasi natulo pa tlga sya after mastop at may tubig pa kasi natira dun sa loob ng porta filter.

coarse grind po good po sya for french press and cold brew. yes po for espresso machine po fine grind po ang gamit kasi kung coarse grind mabilis magiging extraction nyo at wala masyadong pressure so ang lasa ng coffee nyo matabang na medyo acidic. ang espresso po kasi brewed sya using pressure. di po makakagawa ng ng magandang pressure kung coarse ang gamit nyo

im using pressurized porta po. kaya po pala mawatery minsan ang espresso ko dahil sa tagal ng pag extract ko. bighelp po ito sakin :)) Kapag po ba pang 1shot ang porta, extraction time po fixed sa 16secs and espresso is 23g? thank you po :))

hindi nmaan po sya fix sa 16sec and 23g. depende pa din yan sa grind size, pagkaka tamp at sa dami ng dosage nyo. so need mo tlga icalibrate at kung anung result ang gusto mo dun ka sa setting na yun.

hello just bought this machine. It doesnt pump water even the water level is half full. Topped up water near to full capacity and it started pumping water again. Anyone had this same experience? also, the extraction is too fast makes the espresso so watery.

I always get a really bitter tasting shot part of it is I think because I used a dark roasted beans, I'm just new to making espresso so I don't know the difference or the right kind of taste or if I'm making it right or not.
