Donna Rockwell, Psy.D., joins “UNBOUND: Saybrook Insights” to share her thoughts on the value of diverse voices and experiences in the field of psychology; the physiology of social media use and why parents must demonstrate mindful habits; the power of connection and community during an epidemic of loneliness; and more.
Dr. Rockwell is an adjunct faculty member of Saybrook’s Mind-Body Medicine Department, CEO and founder of Already Famous with Dr. Donna, and a mental-health expert whose research has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and the BBC. Dr. Rockwell is a former president of the Society for Humanistic Psychology, Division 32 of the American Psychological Association (APA), and is on the editorial boards of the Journal of Humanistic Psychology and The Humanistic Psychologist. She also serves on the advisory board of the Existential-Humanistic Institute.
