This is my story. The beginning of finding cultured foods and the amazing journey I experienced. Ten years of eating and making these foods has certainly changed my life. I am excited to be able to share it with you.

My wife and I are looking forward to having a little boy very soon and we were both touched by your story. The way that we had come to found out about kefir grains came during a similar time of transformation for our family as well. We had just started working with milk and water kefir grains and were searching for some information when we found your videos. Finding your story - and your videos it seems like perfect timing. We can't tell you how much joy you brought us with sharing your story - and the knowledge that this information you have shared will bring health to our family and friends - Thank you for sharing once again.

Love your inspiring story. I am so happy for you, that you have overcome your illnesses. I cannot wait to learn how to make Kefir. I was diagnosed with Polymyositis, an autoimmune disease that affects skeletal muscles. I began the Paleo diet a month ago, and it is helping a great deal. Adding cultured foods to my diet has been more difficult because I have not been able to find any in the grocery stores. I now have my first batch of sauerkraut going, and I made peach chutney. Thank you!

Thank you so much! My grandmother use to make yogurt and kefir. Thank you so much for the reminder! Now I will make it for my 82 year old mother and my sons! I've been wanting to get the Nourishing Traditions book and I will definitely be getting your books as well! Can you tell me the difference between your books? Cultured Food for Life: How to Make and Serve Delicious Probiotic Foods for Better Health and Wellness vs Cultured Food Life: Learn to Make Probiotic Foods in Your Home?

I have so much fight in me I know I want it so badly to be well again and start living my life. The last 10 years have been a nightmare. keep up the good life. Warmest wishes to you.
