Can you imagine how surreal it must have been to be an "Extra" at This Wedding. I heard they filmed it in Connecticut. Also Frank Grant would Marry a Woman named Nancy who had a Nephew named Jesse and a New Era of Soaps began. Then of course Peter Bergman and Darnell Williams would reunite on The Young & The Restless.

@@ediamonds366 Yes. It was she who encouraged Peter Bergman to audition for the Role of Jack Abbott #2. Best Business Move he ever made. In comparison to UK Soaps, US Soaps are so "Glamorous". Many of them have disasters. From finding out you The Groom are the Father of a Baby, or The Bride accepting the fact that your Fiance is Gay, or finding out on Xmas Day that your Wife kicked it with your own Father "before" The Wedding.

@jekorb The first wedding was in 1980. The second one, at Tavern on the Green was in 1983, I believe. And the last one, with Nina wearing the peach dress, was in 1989, just before they left PV together. I think Peter Bergman went to Y&R like a month after that, lol.

It was Cliff & Nina's 3rd Wedding that was at The Tavern on the Green during the Holiday's. That was a big wedding. Not has big as their 1st wedding in September of 1980. But it sure was beautiful with Holiday decor'

This is blowing my mind....I was born in 1979 and watched both ABC (My Mother loved Ryan's hope so much, I was named after Siobhan) & CBS soaps....But, by the time I was old enough....I watched Peter on Y&R as Jack....So I've only known him as Jack

@@blancaarmayorgalvez591 I think when they remarried the second time, it was very low key. The third wedding was at The Tavern on the Green, and in 1989, again, another low key wedding. Their first and third weddings were more grand.

I never got to watch The Edge Of Night. They didn't broadcast it where I live in Canada. In The UK all of the soaps are owned independentely. Several years back they did a Xmas Special where folks from eastneders and coronation street visit each other and they called it east street. Susan Lucci would be two riots on Hollyoaks. She could play Tony's American Cousin.

I remember the wedding when she was standing on top of the stairs and he's looking at her for the first time in her bridal gown. I remember it because I believe it was my last day of summer vacation. Next day was school. Yuck!
