Donner announced the release of the latest firmware update, V1.1.0, for the Essential B1 Bass Synthesizer, their first analog bassline synthesizer with sequencer. I owned an original TB-303 as many people did. It was great, but tricky to program. If I'd known at the time I would have preserved it to sell much later for a massive profit lol. The B1 is so awesome. This update has made a huge improvement on what was already a great instrument. Easy to use and incredibly cheap

amazing support, easily the best sequencer on a 303 like synth. not just usable, but actually valuable.

After i heard about this update i decided to give it a try. I appreciate that Donner team listened to the voice of a people. I already have TD-3 but... whatever. They will probably play well together. There are some other great ideas to improve this synth, in this comments section also. Would like to highlight "song mode groups"... great idea!

@@JakeWuJust tryed it and internal bpm tempo is drifting (120 bpm is not 120 in fact). I wasn't expecting this... such a simple thing😢

Thank you for the song mode! This makes this tool so much more versatile. Would it, by any chance, be possible to implement a way to save multiple pattern banks? So i could switch from one song to the other in song mode?
