growing up in the late 70’s, 80’s & early 90’s brought me here, I first heard this song from my older sister who played this in our radio communications class in high school! KRVM 91.9 FM we had a radio station in our school in those beautiful decades!! Back when schools still had funding and teachers who were riding the tail end of the 1960’s countercultural movements. It was wicked ass!

you're not alone dude. I was in my 20s in the 80s feels like yesterday but when I watch Donnie Darko and the 80s music it jars my memory. I was in college in the early 80s. When your twenty the world feels cool and has possibilities. When I watched Darko again last night I heard this song and I fell in love with it.

This is actually one of the most difficult movies to fully understand. Some people just look at it in such a brief way and think they got it, when they don't. Theres so much to be studied in this movie that takes many in depth watches.
