You might wanna research a little more before you go solar. I’ve been told by multiple people when them panels hit the ten year mark they’re worn out and have to be replaced so don’t know that it really saves much in the long haul

Your protein intake is based off of the amount of muscle tissue you have . The average say 150 lbs male would need 150g protein/day ( 1g per 1lbs) to maintain or fuel that body mass . Someone trying to put on muscle mass may Intake upwards of 2g of protein per 1lbs of body weight roughly . Obviously every body is different so nothing is one size fits all but this is general “ rule of thumb”
