I have ats gaurdian when I put it on I get a headache and jaw pain within an hour and my ears have trouble equalizing I hear squeaking past my ears do you think i am tightening it to tight?

I need to install optical eyewear into OTS Spectrum FFM. Do you have any accessories for that? How can I solve this issue? Thank you.
