When my dad had shoulder surgery many years ago, the nurses told my mom to put the bad/ sore/ injured arm in first so he wouldn’t have to strain so much when putting on a shirt. The easiest shirts right after surgery were button down ones and then as the arm/ shoulder healed, we went to over the head T- shirts. We also bought a couple that were a size larger to get acclimated into wearing T- shirts again. Best of luck Donny and hope it heals well and quickly. 💕💕. Btw, Brynley and Quincy are ADORABLE!!! 💕💕💕💕

In 2021 I injured my shoulder and then finally a year later (July 2022) I finally had surgery to repair it. Torn labrum and they had to cut my bicep and reattach it in a different spot. The recovery wasn’t as bad or long as I thought. Praying for a speedy recovery for you.
