​@billyd7887 Bam became a starter when Hassan left in his 3rd season Jaime was a seasoned 22 years old College player. Only started due to injuries, onky started 20 games and still got burnt out. Tyler was mostly a 6th man for his first 2 seasons. I admire your optimism for Kel'el, but he was taken well ahead of projection. He was the college big in a bang average Hoosiers team last season. I'm concerned that if he's thrown in at the deep end, he'll drown. Look what happened to Nikola at first. I'm hopeful Kel'el can eventually become our Derek Lively/Myles Turner, but that's a season and a half down the line. I'd be happy to see the future starting in game 1, and given real game time minutes, starts and closures. However, I don't think we have a patient fan base to support that. OKC, San Antonio and Magic has and are reaping the rewards.

Honestly none of the players in this free agency improve the Heats roster. PG doesn’t make sense as we have thousands of wings. Klay is a poor mans Duncan Robinson, KCP is a maybe but we don’t got any assets the nuggets would take. Donovan Mitchell is the only player that fits our team and what we need for a finals run. Odds are low but not impossible to get him. There have been few players in this league who have passed an extension to go to a new team.
