Yeah Rubio projects to have a greater win share on this team than what Hill would have due to his playmaking and his consistent plus minus and historically making his team mates much better. Also better defensively, Hill is a great defender but took a step back defensively last year prob due to nagging injuries.

Yes defense, he is a one of the top pg defenders in the league, so is Hill but he wasn't great last season as he missed alot of games and spent most of the year with an injured toe limiting his defensive abilities such as getting over screens. A fully healthy Hill is a top defender but he just wasn't that with Utah and Rubio should be better as he should be healthy.
