I would love to see a tutorial on how to use the timers. A couple of days ago a 60 inch range was installed in my home and for some reason I’m having a problem setting the timers. Thank you.

Thank you Chef Anthony! Why do chefs dislike cooking in an electric oven? I was all sold on a duel fuel but got talked out of it. They claim, the electric oven takes longer to heat up and the the roasts or anything you need to brown does not give the same results as a gas oven. Any comments? Thanks for this great video.

It just yields different results. Some say there is more control with gas, and it is faster. While electric is more even cooking.
