Man! That's the worst pile of crap I've seen yet. Like you, this is the kind of thing that really p****s me off when these opportunistic (scam) marketing companies are basically preying on beginner players that are on a tight budget, people that don't have the knowledge or experience thinking they're getting a "great deal" with all that stuff in the box only to find that its unusable. Giving them 3 chances to resolve the issues is also above and beyond mate. I would've lost patience at guitar number 2 😂 Well done for calling it and the brand out for what it is.

Thanks for the "WHERE/WHO NOT TO BUY AN INSTRUMENT FROM" video. SOOOOOOO many people ditch the Guitar because they end up with a sh*t beginners Guitar,, Parents AND buyers need to know that a cheap /poor set up Guitar is difficult to play and enthusiasm will soon dwindle. I'd rather buy a decent second hand one than a sh*t cheap one. BIG shout out to ALL who are starting on the road to playing the Guitar,,,, have fun and stick at it, you will NEVER regret learning to play and you will learn something new EVERYTIME you pick the instrument up, no matter how long you've been playing. It's a never ending learning curve.

This company have just appalling Quality Control or rather lack of! WOW! My Fazley Tele came half way around the world stopping in Europe many times, America and Canada and arrived without a single scratch! Bax Music YEAH!!

i took a chance after seeing the reviews on YT about how good the Fazley brand was and bought their cheapest Tele at £76, just to see what i got, OMG, outstanding quality with no sharp fret ends, no problems with the finish and was, after a tune up, playable out of the box..Had it 2 weeks and i love it!! would definitely buy from Bax music again, if their £76 guitars are this good..I just got to buy a high end Fazley ❤

Epiphone les paul studio E1 £220 - great, no issues at all (great guitar and plays great). hofner shorty deluxe and hofner shorty bass - Nut slots are too high and string buzz on both. It really depends what you buy from Bax. It seems to me that the factory condition of hofner shorty's is not great and they are not set up from the factory. Unfortunately with companies that don't set up the guitars before sending them out to you, you are at the mercy of the factories that produce the guitars. Bax doesn't set up the guitars before sending them out. It seems if you want to guarantee a good guitar, you have to go to a guitar shop and try out their guitars (which they will have most likely set up properly)

That was clearly a return someone decided to just push out again. Look how badly the box was patched up. Outrageous.

really hope beginners do KZbin research on this guitar brand and find your channel m8, they will soon be put off thanks to you, WELL DONE! 👍 I done my YT research before i bought a Fazely and did watch your review you posted 2 years ago Fender v cheap Fazely Tele..the one above your left shoulder in this Vid? 🤔 Anyway, if i really fancy a budget brand guitar, then i always buy the brands cheapest version of what i want (after YT research), to see if they are good enough..Fazely blew the quality out of the stadium with a £76 tele..fantastic guitar, had it 2 weeks now and i love it!!! Hi Jonny, I was a bit surprised when you said you'd take a partial refund and keep the guitar. The best thing the company could have done is given you a full refund and said keep the guitar. It can't possibly be viable to go to the expense of a courier to pick up something they can't possibly sell.

Don't blame the frustration buddy, ive had the same from a UK company I wont name here, but had to send a few back damaged or not playable and they blame me for everything. Needless to say never bought from them again. Also loving the videos, they get better each time you release one and this feel like one of the old ones Mike did on Rich Tone Music, although those guitars where not craap just being sold wrong, but you get my drift. Keep up the awesome work.

Lets hope all beginner's see these videos before thinking of buying this rubbish. I never played before and even i know to avoid Floyd rose type trems. They should have made both these guitars hard tail and set them up a bit.

Feel a bit sorry for the customer service guy as he's trying to defend a crap product. The amp looks terrible and I bet it goes out of tune the moment you use the Floyd Rose. I had a similar experience in the early 90s with an 'axe' guitar. Piece of crap. Got stolen out of my car, if he'd asked he could have had it lol

no idea why this was in my feed... but maybe it's because I do comment... lol. I don't know why "you guys" (meaning all guitar channels like this) purchase guitars online, never touching never seeing first hand, never playing before purchase... EVEN established brands (including Gibsons and Fenders). I personally need to have a guitar in my hand and play it, before I even consider putting my cash down. You guys are total fools for even doing this. And these super-cheap brands are complete suckage and you'll have to drop at least 2-$300 to even get it playing and sounding good. You lost money on buying it... loose more on adding better tuners/nut/pickups/electronics/set-up/re-fret whatever it takes to make it playable... and you'll never sell it at any profit at all. I've only had one brand (Austin) that was any good for being a cheap but reliable guitar, hell I even still have a JTurser in a gigbag somewhere in my storage... so I do know the placement of cheap guitars (great for someone to learn on while they consider the learning curve to achieve a possible career as a gigging/studio musician) My rule is, it must be played in person or don't even consider it.

I do see your point, but these days, to order online when you can't find these cheap brands in stores is a boon to guitar players. You must remember, this video is me trying to get a decent guitar to show beginners, as the more new guitarists the better. But when the second one was trash, I knew to go all out and finish the story either way. Yes, to buy in person is better, but if you can't afford Epiphone or Squier, online is the way to go.

@@BudgetGuitarShow You should do pawn shops or local online (we use kijiji for online local sales, here in Canada and thats where I got the Austin Guitars). These brands you are going after a crap with no resale value. Even my local Long & McQuade has second hand deals, that would be the smart way to look. I did sell my Austins and actually made +$100 as they were well set up and needed no upgrades. Beginners should gravitate to second-hand market, online is too sketchy unless you are a big-box store that can set up the guitar properly before selling.

Time is money and you wasted a bunch of time chasing after an obviously lousy instrument. Clearly your expectation are set way too high. When you buy a guitar for under 200 bucks chances are it's going to need a lot of TLC. That's just how things work. The very same can happen on 1000 dollars guitars.

Not at all.....I was asked to review these. When the first was awful, I thought I would spend the extra to get something that would be worthy of a review......when that was awful, I wanted togive them one final chance......a good reviewer always is thorough......when I saw there was no amp/ accessories as advertised, then I knew this was bollocks. As for time and money, I get a refund, and make money on ad revenue, so it's a win for me, and I get to help beginners and get money to spend ona better guitar to review.
