नमस्कार गुरुदेव , आयुर्वेद के अनुसार कच्चा सलाद खाने से वात बढ़ता है और भोजन से पहले खाने से जठराग्नि मंद पड़ जाती है जिसके कारण भोजन का पाचन ठीक से नहीं होता। अतः वे ज्यादा कच्चा सलाद खाने से मना करते हैं। और रात में सलाद खाना मना करते हैं। मैने कई बार आपसे inspire होकर आपके diet schedule को follow किया है परन्तु हर बार publicly आवाज के साथ air Pass होने की समस्या का सामना करना पड़ता है। जिसके कारण मुझे यह diet छोड़नी पड़ती है। please guide करें , उचित तर्क के साथ। मैं भी आपकी तरह एक आध्यात्मिक जीवन जीना चाहती हूं ।
