Fujimoto Nashiji 240mm Gyuto - Great choice! This was my first Japanese knife, which I got from Knifewear when I moved close enough to Vancouver, and I really appreciate it and it's still going strong. Very glad I didn't get a shorter option as well. (I'm a 6' tall man who does the family cooking since I enjoy it)
