Asking "why?" can lead to understanding. Asking "why not?" can lead to breakthrough. My interpretation is, when learning, you always ask yourself why ? So as to learn the rules. Once you learn the Rules; then you ask yourself why not? And you can be able to apply whatever you learnt from a different level of understanding. So spot on, Hannah. I feel that most people are unconsciously molded into what they feel is expected of them. Often imagined pressures from family, friends, partner's, bosses etc. Financial freedom is a big aspect to becoming what you might call your true self I think. Or rather, being someone who feels you have enough security in life to experiment with identity more.

I love these backtesting videos. I literally will pull up the same charts at home to see what perspectives were similar or not similar to my own. Since I don't have a backtesting buddy, or any real life trader friends this type of content is helpful. Been refining my trading rules for the last few months , when it comes to asking myself why not to take that trade that does not align with my newly refined rules I reply to myself "because we don't care about the results of an individual trade we are here for the long term" this has lead to a massive breakthrough on my trading. Also @ 10:00, one thing that was a light bulb moment for me. Was understanding that if a htf poi has been tagged and price proceeds to break down on the ltf. Just because you didn’t see a body close on the 15 msb, doesn’t mean price isn’t going to target sellside liquidity. You won’t always necessary get the movement back up into the breaker. Setting sell stops ( not directly below the break ) but a bit below it and placing a respectable stop (15-20 pips) has really helped for me. It’s all narrative.
