Thanks for addressing the illegal immigrant issue in Colorado. There has been a lot of coverage on national news but no real estate videos have addressed it except you. Is Colorado a sanctuary state and is this limited to just Denver or has the problem spread to any of the surrounding communities? I’m hesitant to consider relocating to an area where this is a problem.

I hear that if you move to Denver from outside the USA, you get free stuff and the local population pays for it. I've also heard that they're cutting social services and possibly raise taxes on Denver residents to pay for it. Whereby placing you in priority and placing those who've paid taxes their entire lives at the bottom of the totem pole. Isn't it wonderful that so many people fled California and brought their wonderful ideals to Colorado. It's no wonder that Denver has become such a blissful utopia in the past couple of years.
