I have a theory on his axe but it might be a bit of a stretch. I have a theory that Lucy the axe is a friend or loved one of Woodie who got cursed to turn into Woodie’s real axe. I have evidence from the Walter short. In the short he goes to Woodie’s cabin and near the cabin is the axe Woodie is using, but at that time Woodie is already in the constant. So whatever axe Woodie has in the constant might be a real human being. (also Lucy talks but everybody knows that)
