You only really need levels if you plan your team, as you can give all your best guns and common keys to team 1, beat the boss, than give those to team 2, so no need to level second set of weapons.

The only thing about having to level 2 teams this early is the lack of units I like. Don't wanna spend too many resources on them, probably gonna just level them up and hope for the best.

Make a burn team and a qj or suomi team. You can easily use mostly purp characters and still get crazy stats.

Yeah the basic consensus on combat exercise is have a easy team to fight in defense since we all benefit from getting the reward as ranking up than going sweat and put your strongest characters in it

If you see a Suomi on the enemy team, you just retreat your team on the first turn so she doesn't ult. Then you can nuke her on the second turn.

You need two teams in the end game starting on boss 6 ,plus if you look at the tutorials you'll see there is an unreleased game mode that also needs two maybe even 3 teams ,it's like genshins abyss or wuthering waves tower of adversity

Good thing I build everyone. Back in Azur Lane, a lot of people got blindsided by hard mode requirements that requires you to use specific class of characters on the slot and later Operation Siren which ideally need 4 fleets. An old habit from XCOM that is, I build everyone instead of just levelling up only 1 team.

T6 boss is not even hard. You don't even need to do big investments, cuz you can swap gear between rooms. And yeah, Vepley will carry your second room

i would suggest you bring QJ over to the 2nd boss, so ur burn team would go full effect, while lotta to first. as for when to stop level up your unit, it would be 40. you stop at 40 for any character that you won't be using. the reason for this is neural helix and common key

@@volkingacha Second boss does have more stats tho, so QJ is best for second side anyways. With the units you are using my advice is to go team 1: Sharkry, Suomi, Lotto (you need Lotto to be with Suomi so she can proc Avalanche stability and get ice weakness benefit) and Puuurritya. Tho if you have Nemesis kind of leveled she would be a better choice for the DEF debuff. Team 2: QJ, Groza, Ksenia and Krolik. Without the extra burn effects Sharkry will be having a harder time, but it is what it is. Krolik is needed on team 2 for movement phase and QJ for the damage. I managed to barely get side 1 done with Sumoi+Lotto (good investment and decent attachments) + Vopley (poor investment, but I do have her gun) and Nemesis. And that is despite screwing up and letting Nemesis die in turn 6 (I cant count tiles lol) AND forgetting to slot her Key that makes her apply the DEF debuff on her assist attack. So it seems the dps requirement for the lvl 40 version isnt as much as you'd think.

There's achievement for defensive victory in pvp. But no one will attack you if you don't throw so you will never get that achievement. The only way you can win is if you have stronger team anyway because the ai is dumb, but nobody will bother to attack stronger opponent when there's unlimited refresh.

Beating the 58 supply attachment stages is not even so bad. They take some time and you need to know the fight/synergy of your team a bit. However it is very doable at level 43.

My main issue is that I don’t have a dedicated dps. I think I my best damage dealer is suomi and the only dedicated dps I have is nemesis. I don’t have sharkry unfortunately. I am considering changing my farming target for suomi to increase physical damage or cryo damage, and leveling my lotta, but that’ll leave me with yet another unit to level when im already tight on resources.

That level 37 peak value is hard. They'll just run by you to get into the objective, and there are a ton you have to kill fast. You pretty much have to build a couple aoe characters for it.

Question I dunno if I'm crazy but the fuel looking currency that you use for levels. I see the option to upgrade up from like white to green or purple to gold but is there one for leveling down? Like from gold to purple or green to white? I'm assuming in most games it'd be way more mats and effective to farm highest one you can do and then break it down. I don't see the option is there one?

I've just learnt that weekly boss fight stage 6 and over we'll need 2 teams to clear. Is it a trick to make us spread our resources thin and try to bring up a 2nd team just to clear that boss or it's absolutely necessary to try and progress in that boss fight? I'm a bit concerned to end up with 2 mediocre team instead of focusing to build 1 strong one

It goes up to 3 teams at some point. Each boss is +5 levels higher then the next. So basically we will need one very strong team, one strong team, and one decent team.
