We are absolutely on the same page about Quicksilver. He is just stupid good. I also all ready have him at 7 red so he's getting diamonds first. GGC will be next and Nova is staying right where he is.

Northstar prevents enemies from gaining charges while HE is not exhausted so in raids, northstar will alway prevent charges except maybe vs mephisto.

Your reading of the passive is wrong. It's probably the most important t4 for raids, making no enemy ever get charged,

GGC>QS>Nova plus i dont plan on taking Nova or QS to DD7. I will probably bring QS to g19 after my runs but after GGC diamonds i will be saving for BK.

Looking at the nodes, the Northstar passive is definitely gonna he necessary for the raids. The no charges is not only for war defense.. it works in the raids too.
