I'm C1 in 3s and 2s, but if I have a bad streak any day and go back to Diamond 3, you start getting such a weird mix of players: Some whiff most of the time like the guys on the video, are crazy inconsistent at the most basic things, then other matches everyone in the lobby can play fine... Maybe 1/50 matches the opponent in one's doesn't speed flip every kickoff and hit flip resets with good power finishes on every single attempt they go for it. But 49/50 of my opponents do. I almost never play more than 5 games of one's in a day bc I'm just playing against c3s and gcs and most will admit in chat to me they are c3/gc

What is wild to me, as a diamond myself is all of the technical abilities, Mechanics, and crazy maneuvers a lot of diamonds can perform then the next play they whiff a ball thats barely moving. I have been diamond for several years, and i have no intentions or desire to move out of it. If anything i would like to drop lower, but i make consistent contact (barely ever whiff) and rotate well. I have no mechanics whatsoever. These guys would all fly through diamond with no issues if they would lay off learning new mechanics, and just learn to make contact with the ball and rotate properly

Yup. Many players I see in the D3-C1 range are severely held back by their terrible rotations and inconsistency. Who cares if you can hit a sick aerial when it's only 1 in 20 attempts and you leave open nets the other 19. I'm old and have no mechanics, in C1. Game sense, speed, and fundamentals go a looooong way, heheh.

2:10 This is the typical Diamond player in RL who chases balls and doing would-be pro plays but constantly fks up instead of try doing some passes or just booming the ball so the enemy team has to react. Dribbling the ball on this level almost always gets your team in trouble cuz it works in 1 of 10 times but you get scored 9 times. And it perfectly shows that these narcissistic players have some mechanics (no doubt about that!!) but no SKILL! Teamplay, overview about whats going on, etc is almost 0 at these guys.
