Thanks for sharing dude, I am facing one problem in my old Bajaj discover 125 2004 first model, it has been run around 60000km, during this period of time I have rebuilt it's crankshaft 3 times, which cost me 16000 and now again it's crankshaft making same noise Tak Tak on loading, when ever I rebuilt my bike engine machanic says it's again same crackshaft big pin damaged problem, I already replace every thing in my bike engine including oil centrifugal pump. Please suggest me solution for this problem, one machanic suggest me that it is a problem of engine oil circulation, which rotate inside the engine case to crack shaft, tell me what should I can do for it.

Try flushing your engine completely..maybe the oil line have choked and use proper grade oil..check the bearings for play as the play can damage the crank..and also once engine is done check if all things are fitted properly and torqued down correctly

Have you thought of installing a 12V electric oil pump for the Enfield. You should be able to get one on Amazon. Do you need it to route an oil cooler? It should work pretty well as a seperate circuit and keep the oil cool.
