His biggest issue is if he had gotten to an interview they would probably ask him about his experience/projects and his answer is simply not good enough, you should have at least one project you can talk about, explain the process etc. Don is talking about your capstone project, you should listen to him

I don't want to sound harsh but I can get why the guy isn't getting hired. I just don't feel the guy, he doesn't sound confident. He has to be more persistent or I don't know maybe perk up his voice?

I don't think that's harsh. I think that's a fair assessment.

Maybe its the mic, listening to Don with good mic brings more attention to the difference. He does speak fast though.

I can't stand the hair covering your eye. Get it cut a bit shorter, if you need to be eccentric so badly, try some highlights or something. Looking eccentric may work with the ladies, but if you want to be taken seriously by employers, you better have some outstanding creative accomplishments to justify that look.

It's like, you can't even move and express yourself properly because you're trying not to have your hair fall over your eye. You're completely stifled. How can you even see?

You're even tilting your entire spine to compensate and get the hair to hang properly. Is it really worth having to compensate so hard for?

It's a rational job, you seem very rational, but then there's just this small detail that is completely blowing my mind here.
