For those having trouble playing: To reduce lag, lower your render distance. Click the gear icon at the top right, and then lower it. 3 or 4 render is pretty good and balances look and FPS well. You can also disable wind physics in the settings as well through the effects tab. LITE is also an option. Joining errors will be fixed throughout today.

Finally, the TIV 1 has it's signature grappling claws back. They don't benefit the TIV in any way and are purely for show, but damn do they look badass.

The TIV 1 wasn't supposed to have claws, it was added in the film "Storm Chasers", and if your wondering how I knew that, don't ask please.

Yes, I know the TIV wasn't supposed to have any claws, but the producers of the show (show, not film) made Sean and his team add them on anyway to make the TIV look cooler. I think my favorite part of this update is that NWS assessments and EMS activity all factor into the tornado track data and give a much clearer picture of just how dangerous a given tornado was. That really gives a lot more value to those gamepasses now that they serve a real purpose, since before they were mostly for earning some extra cash or just having something else to do while waiting for the next storm to pop up.

I just got off work and saw this, so now I'm reactivating my server and waiting. I haven't played in a few months because I wanted ro wait for the update. It's difficult picking my absolute favorite part of all the new stuff, but it's a solid tie between the updated radar system, the movement of the trees/objects and the tornadoes themselves. Hazelton being slabbed now will be a completely different experience.

I don't know if you already added this, cant add this, or don't want to add this but I think it would be cool if you added a little swaying to the vehicles when its in strong winds.
