Nah, she just stopped talking momentarily and was looking at the audience, so the guy in front turned his head to try to look at whomever she was looking at. The other guy looked down briefly because the guy in front turned around and looked at him and/or the comedian was looking at him. It's a common reaction to being looked at.

Here's another take on the diarrhea joke in your voice. Diarrhea is what the guy spontaneously thought he needed to yell for people to get the fuck out of his way. Which in hindsight seems pretty on the money because if you saw a guy running down a hallway yelling diarrhea, you'd get the fuck out of the way. It's kind of a magic word, really.
