To be honest with you all, I’ve had a terrible day today. Im not going into the nitty gritty, but let me just say, my day has sucked. HARD. This music is really helping me and calming me down. for people who study/work/sleep/chill, do these things to chill more. ✅CHECKLIST ❎ get your headphones to listen to the music more and ignore the background noise. ▢ (theme: study, chill) (optional) go get some tea or coffee to get some night/morning/afternoon drink to keep you awake. ▢ (theme: all) (optional) go get some yummy snacks to eat while you vibe. ▢ (theme: chill) (optional) go play chess, video games, Rubix cubes or even more games! ▢ (theme: chill) get a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated. ▢ (theme: all) you sometimes don't even notice your battery is going down. better charge your phone/iPad!! ▢ (theme: all) (optional) anything else you need. maybe a blanket or a pillow? maybe something else... ▢ (theme: all) 🔕REMINDER 🔇 After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it.
