some people makes games with a 'game engine' like I'm talking more complex games, heading towards Terraria type game. The game engine I found for my game, kind of gravitated towards scanning an important list I made early on. It was cool because this list reader became the game's tick rate. I like how it just worked out that way and I never planned on. I should've realized I was going to use 'ticks' because I have hour and day variables in the game, so it only makes sense. My game hour = scanning 200 rows of a list (and then next hour)
