I've been binge watching your videos, because I'm coming out of 4 years of disordered eating. May I just say that I find the fact that a lot of the foods you eat come from Aldi oddly comforting? I tend to get discouraged when I see intuitive eating videos with lots of extremely expensive specialty foods. Your videos are so reassuring and relatable and they're helping me a lot 💜

Hey, I just discovered your channel, and I’m excited to try your tips to better my relationship with food. I’ve had an eating disorder since I was 9, so I’m being really careful, but I love your approach to nutrition. I’ve already broken one of my food rules, I had sugar in my coffee. I didn’t have that in over fifteen years. So thank you.

I really enjoy your videos. I'm trying my best to get out of this diet mindset, but it's so stressful. Your videos help calm me down and remember that I'm learning, and not perfect. Thank you so much for the inspiration. Also, your lunch, INCREDIBLE 😍

Love seeing all the healthy carbs and meat you are eating!!! I am getting sick of carbs are the enemy diet mindset. Love seeing what I eat in a day!!! I use them to get inspiration but realize we are all unique. Lately been eating Greek yogurt, berries, and granola every morning for breakfast. Didn’t think about eating it as an afternoon snack.

I have been recovering from anorexia for a little over a year (I also have HA, haven't had my period in a little over 2 years). I never get hungry and never feel full...I have no cues AT ALL. I have been trying to eat 5-6 times a day at around 2500 calories. do you think that by doing this, I will get my cues back?
@axllil4 жыл бұрын
One thing that has helped me is to eat mechanically...so if I am not hungary in the morning I will still eat at 9am for sure, same for all my meals, I have a time at which I eat regardless of hunger levels....and I did this for a while untill I started to feel the cues

Awww my babies always get a little PB too :) Love your videos-they really give e courage to push myself and keep going. Something I find myself still hanging on to is this idea of appropriate macros at every meal-especially breakfast. Some days i feel like just toast and peanut butter but have this idea that i need protein (and no pb does not count in my mind).This video helped me to realize that maybe it’s not all wrong but i could have it a little later in the morning then-using gentle nutrition.

Colleen Christensen I ordered them today!! I think my kids will also enjoy the popcorn, so I got that too! Also, I wanted to tell you that I have been watching all of your videos (found your channel because I was going to try the 21 day fix and was worried about how I could actually limit my portions, knowing I would fail). You are very inspiring and I love the no food rules approach. Already, I have learned so much and actually just recognized my hunger that I would have probably ignored because I thought depriving myself would be better for weight loss. I made myself a smoothie and will hopefully not be as ravenous by supper! I also downloaded the e-book and can’t wait to read through it. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and making me see that food is not the enemy. ❤️❤️
