Easily one of the most loved and respected bands in the UK metal scene. Seen them live a dozen times, in small pubs and massive festivals. They tour literally all the time. They just love performing. Their shows are a party, good vibes all around. They're also totally down to earth and you'll often find Benji and the guys just hanging out at a gig, watching other bands or having a drink with fans. I never miss them when I have the chance to see them at a festival.

So true. Seen them at my local small gig place every few years since 2007, met them all a bunch of times. See them regularly at Download. They're probably the most consistently gigging band I've ever seen, like you said, big, small, all up and down the UK constantly.

Benji Webb is a legend. His parents originally came from Jamaica to Wales and when he was younger, he discovered metal and he was in this battle of the bands in Cardiff and they thought it would be a really cool idea to combine metal with reggae and they won the battle of the bands.

Skindred are awesome!! I grew up listening to stuff like Bad Brains,Cro Mags,Angry Samoans,DI, etc, etc,in the late '80s as a young teen,then Skindred and a more refined Carcass blew in from the UK and I was hooked on UK punk/hardcore/ and metal!! I feel like you can never truely appreciate the beauty of music without experiencing as much of it as possible, I love watching people break that wall of comfort and explore genres and being open minded about it instead of immediately calling it trash and running back to their comfort music, great channel man

This band are so good live its not funny. They always bring the party. You should check out their song Warning Live at Bloodstock. Also Thats my Jam live at Bloodstock is good to see how they interact with a crowd. They can literally turn up anywhere, have nobody know who they are and by the end of the show everybody know whats up

Well, if you're going shopping for bands that are not rap and not white... Living Colour, Bad Brains, and Rage Against the Machine come to mind first.... then King Diamond... I'm sure I'm missing many many more but maybe start with Cult of Personality or Middle Man by Living Colour and then move on to Down Rodeo or Bulls on Parade by Rage Against the Machine and then tackle Fearless Vampire Killers by Bad Brains. If anyone else has more suggestions, please feel free to chime right in.

first video of yours ive seen, but if youre into Black metal (metal by black bands, not the scandanavian black metal ;P ) Zeal and Ardour are sick. less groove than skindred and very heavy in parts, but v good :) erase, JDM, Bow, Row Row or Ship on Fire are sick songs that give a good mix :) also Drop out kings do a good mix of trap and hardcore, street sharks is pretty dope. and if youre into the more rap side of things, Hacktivist are an english grime/ metal band. any song will give you a good view by hyperdialectic or reprogram are digestible :)
