the jist of the song is that, the guy who sings the hook is kinda saying some proverbs (line by line) [ Advice is not what changes a human, its only the repercussions we tend to learn from. When a child gets a little money, he scratches his balls when an adult shares wisdom. As for the elders' warnings, I heard nothing. And now look at me, still no progress. If you take what I'm saying to heart, one day you will see that these words are priceless. ] its kinda like a song which advises the youth to listen to wisdom, work hard and plan for the future no matter how well off they think they are. And the artist are playing the role of the foolish youth who just want to blow money fast and thus the chorus is a response to the hook which goes like (leave me alone and let me drink my "CLUB")
