Doobie Powell played a interpolation(replayed portion of a song) of "Mystic Brew" by Ronnie Foster which is where A Tribe Called Quest sampled from for those hit song "Electric Relaxation"! Doobie definitely drew inspiration from "Electric Relaxation" as well as the original song source, "Mystic Brew", at least the bass player was more on that "Electric Relaxation" vibe but the arrangement was all Doobie Powell!!!!
