Lore: 1:39 the reason south Macedonia split was because of political turmoil within the nation. Ramiro wasn’t ambitious, and most of the actual decisions were made by his advisors such as Sigmond Tim. Sigmond wasn’t a very good person and taxed the people until 15% of the populous was poor and couldn’t afford food. The 15% revolted, forming the nation of no name. Sigmond was then executed by Ramiro for his failure. After the Byzantium invaded, they were without a coast and trade opportunities were limited. Ramiro invaded no name and regained a coast. No name became unstable and its people revolted. So yeah, sorry it’s long.
