Loved this! You and your hubby are so caring and loving to travel to deliver the pups. You both must have been so tired after your busy trips. One delivery I did over and back on same plane/same crew (was only flight to that airport each day) so delivering puppy at baggage claim and running back through and TSA -Good times....Good times. Another reason to do non stop flights is that the added puppy in cabin fee $$ is "per segment" not "per final destination". Good tip with the foot in with puppy when you can't have on your lap. And a good way to have people look on in shock is to put the rest of your carry on on the kennel carrier and place in overhead compartment after having delivered a puppy. LOL. 😅

9 years ago I flew a 10 week old puppy from Little Rock to LA in an underseat carrier. Great experience! He's now 93 lbs but when I scold him I tell him he's going back the same way.. jk! Labbielover4ever ❤

you might remember me…we had the coton de tulear that died at 4 1/2 Of brain tumor, well, our breader offered us another dog when we were ready, so we just picked up our new baby this weekend! We are absolutely in love with him, but part of me is still very nervous. Question, How long should we leave a puppy cry at night. Some say don’t give in to the crying while others say take him out to do his business and then right back in the crate. I was told that if you take them for potty break, they won’t develop as well holding their urine as they grow older. What is your opinion? I sure would love to know from you, what we should do. thanks!

I’m so glad your getting your next fur baby. I know it’s not a replacement it’s just an addition. I say let the puppy cry out in the beginning of putting them in the crate but when your in the middle of the night it probably means they need to go potty. So let them, don’t play or entertain. And the put them back. They should sleep thru then night on the first couple of weeks .

Last night was MUCH better this time he yelled for about 20 minute rather than 2 1/2 hours the night before and he slept till 5:30 am …..we then got him outside and then decided we ‘d stayed up. It’s so easy to forget how hard puppyhood is….because we only do it a few times in our lifetime so I thank you very much for your advice. 🥰😘 We named him Poogan….from Poogan’s Porch in SC. 🙂
