What kind of laptop do you have? If you know, you could look up how to reformat it. If you reformat it, you are erasing everything you have on there including the viruses. But of course, you can save your files on a hard drive without the viruses and then reformat it. I reformatted the laptop i'm using yesterday and now it works great. Then again, it isn't that old. If its still all weird and stuff afterward, you should get a new one. If you decide to get a new one, I suggest a Windows 8 laptop because Windows 8 is gonna upgrade to Windows 10 this month, and my dad says he hasn't seen a thing wrong with Windows 10. So if you have a few hundred bucks, I suggest you get Windows 8 if reformatting it doesn't work out. Cause you know why they skip Windows 9? 7 ATE(8) 9
