Finally a tech reviewer that actually pronounces this phone brand right! I see so many Tech reviewers pronouncing it as Doo-gee and not Doo-jee. I mean I'm not trying to be mean or anything but if you're going to be a tech reviewer and you're trying to promote a phone you should be getting the name of the phone right for the company. It's like if someone came out and did a review on a Samsung phone and they called it a same sung. That's kind of bad because it just shows they didn't do all of their research.

Don't see why rugged phones are coming out with more glass to break? Rear screen and cameras with big piece of glass covering is just asking to be cracked. I miss smaller 5" screens set lower in frame to protect, with physical return/home/recent buttons and a single rear camera with glass or plastic sunk into body so wouldn't break easy

Thanks for the review, I've purchased mine, it's a good device. For some reason, the phone usually lasts around 2 days. That's roughly the same with my previous S98 Pro, which had 6000 mAh battery. I find it a bit strange. Maybe the 120hz screen drains faster? I'll give it a try with 60hz.

Lo tenuto 5 giorni. Le foto e video hanno una tonalità sul giallo,e non c'è opzioni per migliorare,in assenza di luminosità peggiora. La batteria non ha la durata che dovrebbe confrontata con KingKong Star,e la ricarica e più lenta nonostante abbia un caricatore da 65w rispetto al 33w del KingKong. Mi ha deluso. Le uniche note positive sono, comparto audio ,leggerezza e design.

Yeah, I saw what you're talking about, it's a bit confusing. But I'm sure that a 66W fast charger comes in the standard package. It was in mine. I went to check on their Aliexpress official store, and there it says that a fast charger is included in the package.

If you mean the programmed button. In the options, you have programmable button settings, which can then be personalized with 3 functions, one press, double press and long press.

You are partly right about the rear screen, but in any case this phone has all the resistance certificates. But if you drop a Samsung S series or an iPhone that has glass sides, from a meter on concrete, I would have more damage and the cost of servicing the glass than the price of this entire Doogee smartphone. If you are wondering who buys these phones, I can tell you who I sell to, workers, sailors, builders, car mechanics. These are some professions where people break and destroy even such mobile phones within six months, with bizarre accidents. If, for example, they had a normal smartphone with them, it would not last two weeks at a time. Well, those are some of my findings about what people have told me.

Happened to me too, while using the S99, I charged it to full while on KZbin, after it finished, a few mins after it goes black. My warranty was still active, only to find that the internals were fried by the fast charging heat and added streaming. The total cost to fix the phone exceeded the price to buy it. Apparently they has to give me a new phone 👎👎

@@givenndlovu547 thank you for the feedback. Indeed, I noticed it heats up while fast charging, but not that much. I started charging it with a slow charger overnight, no heating up, and no more power offs since one week now. I'll keep it and see how it goes , I have plenty of warranty period.
