Ive been running this deck also, almost exactly. Exceptions being Mystique in for Luke Cage and Jubilee for Iron Lad, as I dont have those yet. It's incredibly fun, especially when you have two legit ways to win. Mystique copying Patroit or Skrull is just *Chefs Kiss* in the right matchups.

2:26 better to play 2099 on 4 and Skrull on 5. Skrull doesn’t matter on timing but 2099 does

Wow. I rarely spend 2 and get the card. I'm collection complete, infinity borders complete and regular great spot in infinity. Got lots of the great variants so maybe that's why?? I also would spend 4 as I have 18 of them still and tons of tokens. I'd day psylocke is the only other useful way to get doom 2099 out quicker. But I've seen people using electro since you only play one card. He's good but I beat him with high roller decks as his power is usually mid level and spread.

This card is the strongest card I've seen in awhile. I've been playing since release and there's no real counter except play the deck with it in and have super skrull since the card cant be shadow kinged. Can not always be shanged but you only have one shang chi and same with echantress. But the card itself doom 2099 isnt even affected by cosmo/shadow king/ enchantress. its like dracula all over again but way stronger.

@systematicbarometer4853 it does when I wrote this I forgot about red guardian. But even then sometimes it's too late or maybe you miss the doom because of a different card in the lane.

Agent is in so many destroy decks. Great card only effects death negatively so switch it out no big less.

@@MortalSnaps u can actually spread your ongoing cards all three lanes rather than playing in a single lane. echo doesn't counter doombot 2099.

Echo does absolutely nothing. Doom is not onging and his bots dont get played, they appear so echo does not counter them. Enchantress only stops the bots getting hit from making others bigger, Rogue... only if you play doom yourself and best if you can hit there skrull. If anything shadowking makes them all small.

@@Guiltygear008 shadow king doesn't work on them as they are ongoing. They buff each other through ongoing.

probably jubilee or galacta, but iron lad is much better bcs of iron man and doom2099 synergy

Yeah, jubilee is probably the closest swap. Won’t be quite as good but still alright :)
